Management Buy In

New ownership



In February 2008, husband and wife team Justin and Rachael Benson led a management 'buy-in' of Impregnation Services Ltd.  Since then the company has experienced major reinvestment in people, plant and machinery which has already resulted in an improved service and quality.  Justin and Rachael would like to thank the loyal staff and customers for all their good wishes and assistance during this time and they look forward to many future years of working together.
 
ISL was established in 1964 by Brian Matthews.  In 1985 control was passed to Eric Howarth who in turn sold the company to Justin and Rachael Benson in 2008.  Justin and Rachael believe their drive and determination has brought a fresh direction to the organisation and are enjoying working with the UK manufacturing industry in these challenging times.
