New High Capacity Line

Installation has commenced - due for completion in Summer 2010 - on our new process line which is plc controlled, energy efficient and doubles the current capacity.  With load sizes up to 1500mm diameter and 2200mm in height it will be the largest batch plant in the UK.

Our bespoke process line has been designed to include items such as heat exchanges to harness heat loss from burner exhausts, extensive filtering and skimming ensuring that wash solution quality is maintained to the highest standards and plc control to ensure efficient running of the line and improve traceability levels.
