ISL's new high efficiency, high capacity plant with the highest levels of cleanliness is the result of 18 months' research and development.  The new process line sets the highest standards in the impregnation industry and ensures consistent results with speed and efficiency.

Our bespoke process line has been designed to include items such as heat exchangers to harness heat loss from burner exhausts, extensive filters and skimming ensuring that wash solution quality is maintained to the highes standards and plc control to ensure efficient running of the line and improve traceability levels.
