Mecwash Multi Process Machine at ISL

ISL have installed and commissioned a fully refurbished 'Mecwash' high quality, multi-process, ultrasonic component cleaner and degreaser. 

The single chamber, rotational, aqueous wash machine uses environmentally friendly, water based solutions that replace harmful solvent trichloroethylene based vapour cleaning.

The ultra high specification machine will support our porosity sealing operations but is also being made available for sub-contract cleaning work. 

Four heated re-circulating process tanks allow us to select the right mix of aqueous chemistry for each application.  Inline filtration and oil skimming ensure that wash solution quality is maintained to the highest standards.  Basket Rotation ensures that blind holes and deep drillings are left clean and dry.

Fully programmable, with wash times from 2 minutes.  Options include; high volume spray or flood (immersion) wash with Ultrasonics and hot-air drying.  Wash chamber size of 400mm x 400mm x 1000mm can cope with loads of up to 150kg.
