ISL's New Vacuum and Pressure Impregnation Process Line
ISL's new high efficiency, high capacity plant offers superb levels of cleanliness and is the result of 18 months' research and development. ISL believe the Pressuretite-8-HE process sets the benchmark for quality and efficiency.
The Pressuretite-8-HE standard impregnation process includes:
- 3 stage impregnation cycle: ultra high dry vacuum, wet vacuum and high pressure cycle for full resin penetration.
- 2 stage rotation and centrifugal drain for maximum resin recovery (meaning you only pay for the resin that we leave in the part).
- 2 stage warm wash cycle ensures highest levels of cleanliness.
- Twin high efficiency hot water cure tanks with water recirculation and micro filtration for consistent results.
- Capacity for over 4.5m3 of stillaged castings per hour. Maximum overall single part dimensions up to 1500mm dia x 2400mm high and 2000kg.
